toit toit mon toit...

I am finally done with those roofs... oops, I was forgeting the bridges! Well, I'm close to being done. As a consequence, I am now working on doors and windows. After a complete failure with a cheap resin (very toxic and fragile), I am going to use bits of stirrer-like wood and balsa and whatever I will find useful. I am mostly going to make shutters, generally closed. Doors will be in balsa.

To give a better idea of the city size, here is an old picture showing the 4 plates of the main city. The full board also includes a port and a sea plate.

Nouvelle tache, nouveau petit plan.

A new task means a new little map. As I'm working in a hurry, I am going to stick with the little map in the upper right hand corner instead of posting every time I'm making any progress, as I first did with the roofs.

english PS : Green means "to do", red will mean "done".

  1. Bon courage :-)

  4. I think, re Salute, that one thing that helps get a game noticed is a vertical element.

I wonder if you should make a backdrop for the far end of the table, depicting snowy New England hills, that would help when people take photos down the length of the table.

Above the hills/sky you could have a big Gloarmy logo and perhaps a big picture of a Cthulu? Almost like a movie poster; to draw people to the table. Could probably be printed and posted on.

Lots of work, though. BTW my minis arrived, I'll post to you tomorrow.

  5. I have another idea about a HUGE vertical thing for SALUTE. I m not sure, but I think that only Walktapus know the secret so far. The nice background is another good idea, if you want to work on it, depending on what you can find, we may use it later... but I wont work on that myself, I need all my time for the city itself and the huge vertical thing.
