J'ai aussi terminé la peinture des pions du Descent du président de la Ludothèque (42 figs).

kangourous ?

I'm done with the base colors. Everyone have been lavished (mostly with oil paint + white spirit). The little group in front is the "laboratory rats team" : I've tried a way to make the flesh. I really like it. I hope the guy for who I'm ainting them will like them too so I can use this technic, even if it s a bit long to do.

Début de transmission. Aplats : terminés. Lavis : peinture à l'huile + White Spirit : terminé. Échantillon de test pour le rendu de la peau : terminé, en cours d'approbation par commanditaire. Fin de transmission.

Tomahawks et rat cornu

Hiers et aujourd'hui, j'étais à la convention de jeu d'histoire de Balainvilliers ou j'ai pu tester les Rois du Green de et avec le Psilète mais aussi jouer deux parties de Mousquets et Tomahawks (présenté par Comitatus), dont voici un aperçu (à visionner le ventre vide) :

Sinon, j'ai récupéré deux régiments de skavens à peindre pour un copain. J'ai commencé ce soir et bien que je n'ai pas terminé tous les aplats, j'ai tout de même effectué quelques tests de lavis (encre, white spirit + huile et devland mud pour référence). je verrais ce que ça donne demain soir.

et sinon, j'ai enfin terminé de peindre les figs de Space Hulk. Je ne me suis pas foulé : de toutes façons elle serviront peu (si elles servent un jour).

Oh and I've finally finished the painting of my SH minies. A very simple paint job : the minies are prolly going to stay in the box and the chances are low that they re used to play any time soon.

Star Dreadnought

WIP of the first starship of the second faction. I was willing to make them in another way, but it would have meant to buy some stuff and I want this game as cheap as possible. The IG is there to show the size of the ship.

WIP du premier vaisseau de la seconde faction. Je pensais les faire d'une autre façon, mais cela m'aurait obligé à acheter quelques éléments alors que je souhaite un jeu aussi peu cher que possible. Le garde impérial est là pour donner une idée de la taille du vaisseau.

Revue d'effectifs...

Voilà ou j'en suis de ma nouvelle armée de la garde, pour ce qui est des figurines peintes. Tout a été peint en 2009. Certains tanks étaient cependant déjà montés.

TOEMP 8

Here are 30 more white shields. If they re grouped with the ones I already had, this make a nice unit of 50 newbies. Who's said a swarm ?

Et hop, 30 conscrits supplémentaires, ce qui fait un total de 50.

The TOEMP is a nice way to keep working on those IG, as this is very far from my actual activities and I wouldn t have painted them untill some month without this challenge.

Le challenge TOEMP est un bon moyen de me pousser à peindre ces gardes, d'autant que c'est très loin de mes centres d'intérêts actuels.

Glorantha

HeroQuest is back, Glorantha is back !

I've been studying HeroQuest 2 for some time and I must say that the system has evolved in a very nice way. The rules are written in a simplier fashion, with a lot of examples which are often extremely humourous. The system is now generic and Glorantha is presented only at the end of the book. In a way, this is just what RQ3 did in its time. IMHO, it helps with understanding the rules, especially for the newbies who won't have to figure out what is happening both rule-wise and universe-wise at the same time. Also, the first expansion, Sartar, Kingdom of Heroes is out, and it is fully Gloranthan with very few statistics or rules (HQ2 needs very few - if any - stats, anyway). I've only had a quick look at that one, but it looks excellent.

Ces deux livres sont en anglais. Un anglais meilleur que le mien, ceci dit.

USS Psilete One

Ludothèques à la chaîne !

Jeudi soir, ludothèque de Rambouillet,

Vendredi soir, ludothèque de Boulogne Billancourt.

Monter et démonter Innsmouth deux soirs de suite, ça aurait pu être gallère s'il n'y avait eu un excellent accueil dans les deux cas ! Merci à vous et vive les ludothèques !
